Visit the library to access Wi-Fi, use a desktop or laptop computer, print a document or email, print a document attached to an email, pick up a document you submitted to be printed from home, or scan important paperwork.
Browse the catalog, research a topic, or search the internet using one of the library’s guest computers. Laptops are available for use within the library. The library also has computers available specifically for research using online digital resources and to access the catalog.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the library and the parking lot daily from 6:30 am – 9 pm.
When you access the internet using the library’s Wi-Fi network, you agree to abide by the our Internet Use Policy.
You are responsible for the set up, modification, or troubleshooting of the equipment you bring into the library. To access the library’s Wi-Fi network, you should have your TCP/IP set to obtain an IP address and DNS server automatically.
Wi-Fi access is shut off five minutes before closing time each night.

The internet is a public network. Be aware that information sent from your laptop can be intercepted by anyone else with a wireless device and the appropriate software. Transmitting any personal information such as passwords, or credit card or Social Security numbers while using any wireless “hotspot,” including the library’s, is not recommended. If you choose to send personal information, make sure you are connected to a website that encrypts data using Secure Socket Layering (SSL). Virus and security protection is your responsibility.
